  • Dynamic Express Inc. acts as an intermediary between shippers and carriers. We do not physically handle freight.
  • While we work to ensure reliable services, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses incurred during transportation.
  • It is the responsibility of the shipper to ensure that cargo complies with all applicable laws and regulations.


6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Dynamic Express Inc. and protected by copyright laws.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without prior written consent.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Dynamic Express Inc. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or services.
